Tim Flanagan has spent the last 27 years helping to build one of the oldest and largest Executive Search Firms in the United States. He was Rookie of the year and has been biller of the year numerous times and mentored dozens of some of the best Recruiters in the country. He led the company’s Manufacturing/Industrial/ Distribution Practice and was the driving force in Hobson’s groundbreaking move to retained executive search. As a high-level generalist, Tim has a history of recruiting the best talent for all positions in senior management across all of Hobson’s practice areas. Regardless of the industry, Tim has been able to find the best fit for positions at the C-Level, VP and Director candidates as well as management and senior individual contributors. He became a Principal in the firm in 1999, rising to Senior Partner in 2002. He spent 15 years as an active member of the Pinnacle Society, a group of the top 75 Recruiters in North America, promoting education and ethics in the executive search industry.
