With an industry turnover of 50% per year, how do you know which Recruiters to work with? A little about me. I became an Executive Recruiter with one of the oldest search firms in the country in 1990. That’s 27 years! I was trained, mentored and managed by the top trainer in the industry for longer than even he would care to admit. Early on I became a generalist, mostly for manufacturing companies, gradually working in all practices, biotech, software, medical devices, distribution. In the late 1990’s I started our C level practice, gaining exposure to truly strategic hires for our best clients. In 2000, I was elected into the Pinnacle Society, a group of the top 75 Recruiters in North America whose focus is ethics and education in the executive search industry. I was a member for 17 years. Not for the prestige, I love to learn and I push myself to be the best. I have placed engineers to CEO’s and everything in-between.
But that is not why you should work with Flanagan Search. I value honesty and integrity above all else. I am the rare recruiter who likes to sleep at night. I would rather walk away from a fee rather than place someone in a position that is not a good match or does not have a bright future. I will give you honest and prompt feedback during the interview process. If you want a position, I will do my best to help you land it. I have placed many people two, three, even four times in my career. Please call me to see if I can help you with your career.
